Tyvek Wristband Colours & Printing OptionsThe colour you choose can do more than match your branding. It can help staff spot different guest groups quickly. Use one colour for general admission, another for VIP guests, and another for staff. We offer 20+ solid colours, including neon yellow, gold, silver, red and white. Checked, striped, and zebra patterns are also available. Before choosing a design, check the actual options available for the wristband you want. Some features and print choices can vary by product. Artwork RequirementsFor the online designer, upload your artwork as a PNG or GIF with a transparent background. This keeps your logo or design clean against the wristband colour. Black print is recommended for the clearest result. Only white wristbands show true full-colour printing. On coloured bands, the wristband colour affects the final print result. Keep important details inside the printable area. Small text, thin lines, and low-contrast artwork can lose clarity on a narrow wristband. Before sending your file, check three things:
Our current print areas vary by wristband size. As standard, we supply plain wristbands as 19 mm wide, sometimes known as ¾ inch. We supply printed wristbands as 25 mm wide, sometimes known as 1 inch. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we provide the sizes listed above. In terms of the print area where logos and text will be visible when the band is worn, it is approximately 20 mm × 150 mm for the 25 mm printed bands and approximately 15 mm × 150 mm for the 19 mm printed bands. Pricing, Minimum Order & DeliveryOur current listed prices start at €10 for 100 printed bands. At 500 units, the listed price is €45. At 1,000 units, it is €80. Larger quantities bring the per-band price down further. For example, 5,000 units benefit from a great price of €275, including customised print with logos and/or text. (All prices shown exclude VAT) The minimum order quantity is 100 wristbands. There are no setup fees for standard plain or printed wristbands. Shipping is calculated separately based on the order and delivery service selected. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode. We print our wristbands in-house, with same-day printing available for eligible orders. Express delivery may be available when the order is placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. The exact delivery option and date appear during checkout.
